Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return parcel.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit from your location back to our Tokyo distribution center.
Quality Inspection & Refund
