How to Prepare Cold Juwari Soba (Zaru Soba)

Boil Water: In a large pot, bring plenty of water to a boil.

Cook the Noodles: Add soba noodles and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain & Rinse: Drain into a colander and rinse under cold running water for 10 to 20 seconds.

Gently Wash & Drain: Place the noodles in a bowl of cold water, rinse gently by hand, then drain again.
